Since October 1995, the OHIM’s Official Journal has been published en peper and distributed to a large amount of users via the Pubilcations Office in Luxembourg. The Office has taken the decision to substftute the paper version by an online version which will be made available as from January 2007.

As from January 2007, you will be able to consult free of charge the online version of the OHIM Official Journal. This version is the official and legal version of the Official Journal and will be accessible directly at the following URL: bttp:f/omi.europa.eu/er,/office
